Raised in Jacksonville, Florida Pastor Farris Long II is a vessel that God has raised in this hour as a voice amidst the many perilous echoes of our time.  The son of Pastor Farris Long, Sr. and Evangelist Florence Brannon (Dea. Hubert Brannon), Pastor Farris Long, II was reared in the fear and admonition of the Lord.  Following the example of his parents he gave his life to the Lord at the age of 7 and spent most of his childhood years at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church. Upon graduating high school at the age of 16 he left his family church and joined what is now Titus Harvest Dome Spectrum Church.  While under the pastorate of Dr. R.J. Washington he accepted the call of God to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ. On December 21, 1994, the day before his 18th birthday, Pastor Long shared his initial sermon.  During his time of service at the Dome he also attended TRUTH BIBLE COLLEGE & SEMINARY and earned a Bachelor's Degree in biblical studies. He served faithfully at the Dome for six and a half years until being led of the Lord to his present church NEW COVENANT MINISTRIES (JACKSONVILLE, FL) under the leadership of Bishop Wiley & Dr. Jeana Tomlinson..

Family Life

As a devoted husband, and loving father of 4 wonderful children,  he believes that his family is his first ministry.

The importance of strong marriages is more important today than ever before.  The enemy has launched an all out assault on the godly marriage...simply because it is the image of covenant and intimacy (something he will never experience again).  So he does everything in his power to desecrate that sacred union that was established as far back as the Garden of Eden.  By taking the father out of the home it leaves no male figure of authority to declare the destiny of their children.  Without that male figure to speak into their lives , many children are destined to wander aimlessly through life with no sense of purpose or direction. It would seem that Satan's plan for the family has been successful yet, the Lord continues to raise up a remnant of young men who are committed to serving Him and loving their family.
